Dolgaya Polyana is a fantastic place in the Tetyushsky district, on the Tetyushki Hills slope.
Here you can find a wonderful mansion that belonged to an old Molostov family, that includes the house, a larch wood alley, exotic trees and bushes. The most interesting place here is the “empty plain”, the local people pass down the legend that it hasn't grown over for many centuries. Nobody has been able to reveal the secret yet. Some trees were planted on the plain as an experiment, but they didn’t survive. It won't hurt you, but you feel some positive energy at this place for sure. If you feel tired, hesitant, afraid, or sad, you need to come to the “empty plain” and you’ll feel better. In old times, the ancient Bulgar Khans were coming to Dolgaya Polyana to absorb some positive energy from this wonderful place. After Ivan the Terrible drove out the citizens of Khanate in Kazan, the legend about this miraculous place was passed down from one generation to the next, via word of mouth.
