The main building of the museum is built from pine in a modern style and decorated with ornaments of oriental nature. In addition, the museum complex includes the house of the Tatar peasant Sagdi, where the future poet grew up since he was four. It was restored as a model home in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The museum exposition, which tells about the life and work of G. Tukai, displays objects and documents related to this epoch, the early editions of the poet’s works, a large number of photographs, and works of artists and masters of arts and crafts which reflect the motifs of G.
