As you walk through the graceful wrought-iron arc, inside you will find a total oriental dream: soft sofas, lots of greenery, and a four-tiered chandelier among the glamor and luxury. The menu comprises of traditional dishes of Syrian, Arab, Uzbek, Armenian, Uighur, Lebanese, Moroccan and Tatar cuisines. It contains a variety of dishes ranging from the familiar samsas (five different types to be exact), Tashkent lagman soup and dumplings to the more exotic ones such as "Saddle of a farm lamb", "Balyk shurpa" - an eastern style fish soup and "Buglama". A separate section is devoted to cooking on the open fire: the chefs cook chicken, veal, lamb, salmon and other meat and fish here. Be sure to leave room for dessert - the Suluguni cheese cheesecake is unlike anything you would have ever tried.
