Cafes and Restaurants

It was just a few years ago when "Uragan-Sarai" become a pioneer of street food in Kazan. Olga Melik-Karakozova and Anna Serova - the creators of the international "Double B" chain which started in Moscow wanted to make walks in Gorky Park even nicer by launching a tiny seven-seat coffee shop at the entrance of the main alley. The menu consists of the usual favourites such as flat whites, lattes, french press coffees, and hot chocolates, alongside their trademark Ivan-Chai tea with pine cones. When ordering, they can also offer a choice of regular or soy milk in your drink. The food is restricted solely to what you can take to eat on the go ranging from sandwiches to the popular Russian waffle tubes, as well as more health-oriented options such as small trail mix snack bags.
